BIC BANK LAO

BIC Bank Lao Co., LTD is a locally invested commercial bank which was incorporated in Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The Bank is 100% owned by Electricite Du Laos (EDL) and Asia Investment and Financial Services Sole Co., Ltd. (AIFS) whereby its shares in the Bank to EDL (30%) and AIFS (70%). BIC Bank Lao was formerly known as International Commercial Bank Lao Limited (ICB) who started the business since 2008. ICB was replaced by BIC Bank in 22 June 2017 operating on Investment Licence No.0554/ERO granted by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, and Banking Business Licence No. 23/BOL dated 08 November 2017 issued by the Bank of Lao P.D.R (i.e. BOL). The principal activities of the Bank are to provide comprehensive banking and related financial services in the Lao PDR. Corporate Office of the bank is located at Kaysone phomvihane Road, Phonsaat Village, Xaysetha District,Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR. BIC Bank also has coverage in other parts of the Lao PDR.
